Matthew Wysel is the co-Founder of MadeWithData, a data agency that helps firms improve the value of their knowledge. 

Matthew is the AI Lead for Education Futures at the University of New England (UNE) and Researcher-in-Residence at the UNE SMART Region Incubator. Matthew has a PhD in economics and computer science from UNE, a Master of Technology Management and Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace) at the University of New South Wales.

Matthew has been the Global Operations Manager for an industrial technology start-up in Manchester; taught neurosurgeons how to operate faster and safer using SatNav on the brain; developed a satellite refuelling system with NASA, and designed military aircraft for Lockheed Martin and the Boeing Company. 

He lives in Armidale, Australia with an amazing wife, three free-range children and a cheeky border collie.
